My office is a magical place where time passes slowly and the reindeer talk like humans. But that’s only a small part of what happens here… Santa Claus knows just what you’d like for Christmas, even if you don’t know yourself. Elfi, my head elf, makes sure your letter reaches the right address, and then I read them carefully, analyse them and weigh up how good all the children have been. That’s why, even when it’s sunny and hot, the elves are alert and watching you to make sure you’re being good. In fact, I remember when a young elf called Bingo saw children playing in the sand on a beach somewhere and, a few days later, he’d made his own artificial beach in the middle of our Christmas gift factory! Some elves were playing with a beach ball, others were pretending to sunbathe – it was hilarious! But when playtime is over, they work ever so hard and make sure everything is written down in the books in my library. That’s how I always know who the good children who deserve presents are...

Love, love, love!! Find a Groupon so it’s affordable! I purchased on a Groupon so the price was perfect! I also LOVE the fact that you can go back and make changes to your video if something wasn’t right. Love, love, love this and will order every year if I can find a Groupon or other discount!!!

Creating great memories! I have purchased six videos with Santa from Elfi starting in 2017 and look foward to adding more in the future! While the videos are great, its the gift of creating Christmas memories for my grandsons to enjoy for years to come that is most important to me. Long after they have forgotten the toys they received they will have these videos from Santa! The production value and the opportunity to personalize them for each child is wonderful. My only concern is running out of new videos to use. While the technology used today is quite good, I would love to see how much better these could be with a good AI program! Thank you so much for making these possible. I can imagine my grandsons watching these with their children one day!

As long as your child doesn't have a rare name, perfect experience. Everything is amazing. They are keeping the Christmas spirit alive. Also very well priced. The only issue I have is that they do recordings by a voice actor each year so if your child's name has never been recorded, you'll have to ask them to record it and wait till the next year. Other than that, perfect， especially as present that can be given from overseas easily.

Letters Very easy to create letters. Reasonable cost. I didn't order until December 9th so hoping they arrive soon. My adult children, 39 and 41, mentioned that Santa did not send them a letter this year! I think they enjoy receiving now more than when they were little ones!

Quality Santa Video Experience Year On Year Love, love, love Elfi! The production is amazing and each video is really high quality. The stories are all entertaining too. Have used Elfi at least three or four years in a row. It's great that new content is created each year. It would be great to have a few more different statements available to choose from but I do think there is a decent offering.
