Magical. I wasn’t expecting much after seeing it on a sponsored ad last minute on Xmas Eve but gave it a go and it far exceeded my expectations.

I was amazed on the details of the video. It was so magical and brighten my day when I saw my son’s face when he watched the video. Holy moly, was this ever a treat! Honestly I wasn't expecting much, just a couple of minutes of stock footage with the odd AI sentence thrown in but my god was I pleasantly surprised with the results. It was SO much better than I was expecting and gave my family (3 kids, 2, 4 and 7) that Christmas magic in a way I never could alone. The sheer joy, awe, wonder and excitement on my children's faces made this video worth every single penny and has created memories that will last a lifetime. My girls loved it! The funny part was that step-dad didn’t have any other option and how Santa says “he’s such a great guy” made them giggle. You’re able to choose the option in what you want Santa to say and it veers to the little points of “hey I know you!”. It was cute, playful, and fun to watch my children enjoy 😊

The video was incredibly sweet and truly felt like a real Christmas fairy tale. The quality of the video was excellent, very clear and professional, and I really appreciated that the video was long and detailed — it made it even more special for my child.
The only suggestion I would have is to allow more flexibility when creating the video — for example, the ability to upload more photos and add more personalized information about the child in a free-form way, rather than choosing only from preset options.

I have purchased six videos with Santa from Elfi starting in 2017 and look foward to adding more in the future! While the videos are great, its the gift of creating Christmas memories for my grandsons to enjoy for years to come that is most important to me. Long after they have forgotten the toys they received they will have these videos from Santa! The production value and the opportunity to personalize them for each child is wonderful. My only concern is running out of new videos to use. While the technology used today is quite good, I would love to see how much better these could be with a good AI program!
