Great experience for my kid, eh enjoyed both the letter and especially the video message. The video created a Magic atmosphere! What I reconmend is to leave the possibility of a free message and not only the templates. I would add a tracking service for the letters!

Been getting Elfi videos for a few years now and it's one of my favourite Christmas traditions! Every year the video is more beautiful and magical than the last. This year my daughter found out the truth so it was a bit sad but some the middle of December she still asked me when the elves were bringing the Santa video! Another beautiful Christmas video, easy to customise and fast delivery. Perfect as usual

Wow. My son daughter-in-law and my three year old granddaughter are travelling Asia Thailand and New Zealand so sending a physical gift was going to be difficult , but the excitement this created Was fantastic, she has watched it at least 5 times a day since. And said to me via the tin-ta-net granddad the real Santa knows my name he knows I’m in Vietnam he sent me a message then he called me as well. , the quality of the message the attention to detail was brilliant and was the perfect gift , seeing the real Santa for her made her Christmas, so as she walked around afterwards she kept pointing at the Santa's the ones with sunglasses on and telling everyone they where sante cloush saying your not the real Santa. He knows me , A perfect gift for a three year old miles from home. I Can’t thank you enough for the wonderful memories it has created for us all.

Przecudowne filmy ze Św. Mikołajem sprawiają całej RODZINIE wiele radości. Moje wnuczki wręcz domagają się poszukania czy Mikołaj do nich wysłał wiadomość. Korzystałam już z propozycji firmy elfi trzykrotnie, został mi ostatni film na przyszły rok. Bardzo polecam , bardzo.

To był nasz drugi filmik od elfi, wszystko przebiegło sprawnie, realizacja w ciągu doby. Dzieci zachwycone, że sam mikołaj do nich wysyła filmiki. Polecam wszystkim, stwórzcie magię świąt dla swoich dzieci! :)
Wybrałem opcję z telefonem. Mega. Córka była w szoku. Bez proszenia się przebrała się i umyła zęby. Pierwszy raz widziałem jak składa piżamę w kostkę. Sztos. Dla dziecka ten film i telefon to magia!!!

Film zamawiam od paru lat. Syn ma prawie 12 lat, ale zawsze czeka, czy dostanie wiadomość. Pomimo tego, że już nie wierzy w Mikołaja wie, że po filmie znajdzie swoje prezenty. Przez cały rok rozkminia, skąd w filmie wzięły się Jego zdjęcia i skąd tyle o Nim wiedzą. Polecam wszystkim i dla małych i dla dużych dzieci. My wrócimy za rok.

Od kilku lat zamawiam filmik na Boże Narodzenie. Dzieci rosną, ale nie wyobrażają sobie świąt bez filmiku z Elfi ;) Wszyscy mamy z tego wiele radości!

We didn’t receive Santa’s letter—only the video, which my daughter really loved. However, neither my daughter nor my niece received the letter, even though they were both very much looking forward to it.

Video delivered on time and was better than expected! My 2 and 3 year old absolutely loved it. Although, the raccoon was a bit random but we went with it🤣. Thank you. Will definitely use again next year.

Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that i ordered at 7am xmas eve and paid a little extra for the link to be sent within 6 hours.
It arrived at 8:30pm which as you can imagine with small children is late on xmas eve to be watching. My advice - order at least 24 hours before you want to watch it & dont pay the extra for a speedier service.
