Incredible creation and my kids loved every second of it. They’ve gotten used to it each year now that they look forward to Santa’s message before going to bed on Christmas Eve. Such a magical moment with my kids thanks to Elfi.

Magical. I wasn’t expecting much after seeing it on a sponsored ad last minute on Xmas Eve but gave it a go and it far exceeded my expectations.
Very customisable and personalised with lots of options to choose from. My children were enthralled. The video was great quality and created a lovely experience.
I used the express service as it was already 5.30pm of Xmas Eve and I needed it before my children were going to bed and it was ready within the time frame specified.
My children loved it and their reactions were priceless. Would use again.

The magical surprise …
I was amazed on the details of the video. It was so magical and brighten my day when I saw my son’s face when he watched the video. His whole face lightened up and the special moment of when he heard Santa said his name it was worth the price. Thank you for this amazing video. Even as parents it made us feel special too. Holy moly, was this ever a treat! Honestly I wasn't expecting much, just a couple of minutes of stock footage with the odd AI sentence thrown in but my god was I pleasantly surprised with the results. It was SO much better than I was expecting and gave my family (3 kids, 2, 4 and 7) that Christmas magic in a way I never could alone. The sheer joy, awe, wonder and excitement on my children's faces made this video worth every single penny and has created memories that will last a lifetime. My girls loved it! The funny part was that step-dad didn’t have any other option and how Santa says “he’s such a great guy” made them giggle. You’re able to choose the option in what you want Santa to say and it veers to the little points of “hey I know you!”. It was cute, playful, and fun to watch my children enjoy 😊

The video was incredibly sweet and truly felt like a real Christmas fairy tale. The quality of the video was excellent, very clear and professional, and I really appreciated that the video was long and detailed — it made it even more special for my child.
The only suggestion I would have is to allow more flexibility when creating the video — for example, the ability to upload more photos and add more personalized information about the child in a free-form way, rather than choosing only from preset options.
Overall, we absolutely loved the video. Thank you again for gifting our family such a beautiful and memorable holiday moment!

Creating great memories!
I have purchased six videos with Santa from Elfi starting in 2017 and look foward to adding more in the future! While the videos are great, its the gift of creating Christmas memories for my grandsons to enjoy for years to come that is most important to me. Long after they have forgotten the toys they received they will have these videos from Santa! The production value and the opportunity to personalize them for each child is wonderful. My only concern is running out of new videos to use. While the technology used today is quite good, I would love to see how much better these could be with a good AI program!
