Pierwszy raz zakupiłam filmik z Elfi. "Świąteczna kuchnia" tak oczarowała 4.5 letniego synka że słuchał i oglądał jak zaczarowany. Nawet po filmie widać było że jeszcze jest w szoku. Na deser Mikołaj jeszcze do Niego zadzwonił na maminy telefon. I tu to już nawet mama łezkę puściła bo to wszystko było tak magiczne że prawie znów zaczęłam wierzyć w Mikołaja Bez dwóch zdań-za rok Mikołaj znów oczaruje synka

Comprei o vídeo com a ligação do papai Noel por isso deixei o vídeo para ser exibido no dia 24 antes do papai Noel contrata o aparecer em casa. Exibir o vídeo no di 25 depois da festa não fez mais sentido algum. Se o dinheiro não foi devolvido tomarei providências e com certeza não voltarei a contratalos.

Great video which the children absolutely loved and still talking about it now. Would definitely create a new video for next year. The good thing about it is that there are lots of options available to make it interesting for the kids and so easy to do. Only improvement would be to keep the images of the bedrooms which show up on the sleigh at the end for a longer time as they didn't notice what it was until it was too late and had to go back and pause the video.

The detail on the video was amazing. Very high quality. The kids were amazed by the personal touches thet were presented making them feel like it was truly a personal message from santa.. Very much worth the money.

I saw an ad on Facebook for Elfi and really liked the idea but I'm generally dubious of the ads on that site but I thought I'd take a chance and I'm so glad I did!
The creation process in which the adult adds the desired photos and clicks on particular phrases you want said in the video was super easy and didn't have any issues. Once everything was done, it was waiting time to see the creation and as I didn't need it done super fast, I had standard delivery. It was less than 24 hours later, perhaps around 14 hours and I received the email with the video to download. I watched it once on my own in case there were any glitches etc but it was perfect. Both on my own and again watching with the little one brought tears to my eyes. It was really well made and my little one was over the moon!! I don't know how many times she's watched it now but it was a really beautiful memory made thanks to the Elfi team. My only suggestion is if they could make other videos for the whole year, not just Christmas (like fairies or princesses or vikings etc) that could be used for birthdays or losing a tooth etc. excellent experience, would definitely recommend.

I was so looking forward to creating a video from Santa for my two and a half year old grandson . I viewed a few choices and after selecting the winner added the personal photos and added information . I received the video within twenty four hours and viewed it for myself before sending it . It was so magical ,and the personal touches were amazing . My grandson was over the moon with it and wanted to watch it again and again being personally named and the interaction kept his attention all the way through .I Will definitely be doing another for next Christmas without a doubt and have recommended to others . It exceeded my expectations
It exceeded my expectations, great depth for a video, my children loved every second of it and got really excited on Christmas Eve. They asked if they could go to bed early so Christmas Day would come quicker.

Z mojej winy wybrałem złe imię, ale support elfi.pl zareagował błyskawicznie - odpowiedź dostałem w ciągu kilku minut, poprawka została wprowadzona od ręki, a gotowy filmik był dostępny już po kilku godzinach. Fenomenalne podejście do klienta! Później pojawiły się jeszcze drobne problemy techniczne z nieistniejącym ID w koszyku zakupowym, ale i ta sprawa została szybko i skutecznie rozwiązana. Dialog z obsługą prowadzony był rzetelnie, sprawnie i bardzo profesjonalnie. Z całego serca polecam elfi.pl - zwłaszcza za moment, w którym musieliśmy zbierać szczęki naszych córek z podłogi po telefonie od Mikołaja... Niezapomniane emocje i obsługa klienta na najwyższym poziomie. Wracamy za rok ! :)
film jak najbardziej super ale listy nie dotarły, nie ma możliwości sprawdzenia gdzie są i czy wogule dojdą na wskazany adres. Realizacja przesyłki przez pocztę polską to raczej nie najlepszy pomysł.

Il video è stato anche carino e lo staff disponibile ma aveva pagato anche per la telefonata che non è mai arrivata . Il numero inserito nel video non era mai corretto e anche se l’ho chiesto non ho ottenuto un rimborso . Erano tutti delusi perché le bambine sono scoppiate a piangere .
