L assistenza mi ha risposto subito... L unica pecca è che non c è una frase libera da far dire al bambino...
Il video molto carino , non ho messo 5 stelle per il prezzo, perchè prima sul sito scrivete 10 € e tempo di consegna 2 ore, poi se lo si vuole in 6 ore sono 5 € in più , se lo si vuole in 2 ore altre 5 € , se poi lo si vuole in HD altre 5 € e in 4h altre 5 € se uno lovoleva suito e in 4k ci vogliono 30 € non vi sembrano esagerati i prezzi ?Comunque il video è molto bello.

Was my first time. Good the feature to modify the clips also after their submission. But the changes are limited only for the picture inserted. You cannot include a picture before not attached (e.g. gift photo).

Der Film ist an sich toll, nur die Möglichkeit, keine braven Kinder auszuwählen könnte besser umgesetzt werden. Die Elfen schütteln den Kopf und der Weihnachtsmann sagt nur „ihr müsst euch mehr anstrengen“ und geht gleich zum nächsten Punkt über. Hier könnte die Geschichte mehr ausgebaut werden! Keine Geschenke zu bekommen ist ja unrealistisch, besser wäre eine kleine Moralpredigt ;)
Die Kinder waren sehr überrascht und haben sich sehr gefreut.

Ich habe Videos für meine Enkelkinder bestellt, die waren total begeistert.
Super finde ich ,dass man die Videos noch mal bearbeiten kann, zb. andere Bilder rein stellen.
Es war unser 2. Weihnachtsvideo undxes war wieder sehr schön. Allerdings spricht der Weihnachtsmann an manchen Stellen, sehr undeutlich oder zu leise. Und die Musik oder die Elfen sind im Hintergrund zu laut und dann hört man den Weihnachtsmann, nicht mehr gut. Ansonsten alles toll.

Meinem Sohn, 3 Jahre alt, hat es wie letztes Jahr wieder sehr gut gefallen. Das Video war echt schön gemacht. Leider waren die Bilder zu gross und waren daher teils etwas abgeschnitten. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen!
