The end product was great. I wish there had been a step-by-step direction on how to start the process, and especially how to pay. I was confused because I paid before making the video. After making the video, it seemed like I was supposed to pay again.
The company was helpful when responding to my email explaining my problem.

I have used Elfi, for the past 6 years and I love the variety of the Santa stories, also the option to pick certain advice for your child. It is truly a magical moment when my son sees his message and photos of himself, I would like to think my son will believe in this forever but being 10 now, i'm not sure how long we have left in this beautiful time of innocence and belief.

Magical and heartwarming videos
I’ve been ordering Elfi videos for the last 5 years and my girls look forward to them every year. They are excellent and magical!
I would suggest to add some modern culture (a dance similar to Tik Toks, etc) to keep it interesting and up to date.
I like how the video didn’t show the presents that the kids want, that’s a better option. Also not to focus so much on the good/naughty list. Great changes.

This is my second year ordering an Elfi…
This is my second year ordering an Elfi video for my three children. The variation is videos is great so that they don’t get the same one each year. All three of my children love it! They feel extra special getting a personal message from Santa! The only negative is my youngest has an unusual name so it wasn’t recognised and so Santa didn’t pronounce it correct. Everything else is brilliant

Very happy with my purchase
The quality of the videos are excellent. I love the storyline and all the special effects. They are truly magical videos. My only concern was with the way my daughter's name was pronounced. It was a little off to me but she loved it. Also, in the 2nd video I purchased, he seemed to say her name a lot. Maybe even too much?
Those are my only complaints but I will still buy the videos again in the future.

The experience was magical! The children's eyes glowed as they listened to every detail Santa had to say to them. They were amazed he knew so much about them. I will absolutely do this again. My only feedback is I would like to see Santa in diverse skin tones. Thank You!

The only thing that let it down was was one name (Huxley) was missing…I have requested it for next year.. please include it as it would have been amazing…but it was still ok. And if you include Huxley I’m sure we will use the service again next year.we will probably have the phone call too

This was the most amazing video ever
This was the most amazing video ever. Genius work. I made one for my 6 year old granddaughter and 12 year old grandson. Especially the video for the 6 year old. It was soooo personal and just pulled you into this beautiful Christmas spirit Santa. She watched this video over and over and over again. VERY uplifting and real. Whoever thought of this has to be an amazing person who REALLY gets how to get across a message. I am a very happy lifetime customer now.

The product is very good and turnaround was fast, video quality is excellent. The cropping of pictures could be better, they keep the pictures too narrow, if and you really can't use landscape pictures. Also, you are restricted to the quotes that have it would be nice if you could put in your own short quotes.

Let me start off by saying this is the most amazing company that there is out there. There is so much thought that goes in to what they do for Christmas and making little one dreams come true. Every year that I have order letters if I made a mistake. You reach out to them they fix it right away email you the corrected letter. Its done. You will get your letters in about 20 business days after your order is placed. Not including Saturday and Sunday. Don't count those. The paper that Santa letters are printed on are fabulous. There really is a Santa and these people no what Santa would say if you wrote a letter to him. I do it for my family and friends and get asked how did you do that. I gladly pass on my Information to them. You all help bring in the Christmas spirit for all to see and read. Thank you very much for all of your hard work.
