It was very nice to be able to send my grandkids a personal letter from Santa. The only problem I ran into was that my edited letter was too long and didn't show up and I could not edit it, but had to completely rewrite it. But since it was free, I guess that's worth the price. Thanks for all the other options you have available.

Absolutely amazing! The different options for the age groups as well as the ability to add your own special touch so that it’s more personable is a added bonus! Our grandchildren felt so special!! Now if there was an option for a print out of Santa’s stamp so that it added even more of a realistic touch it would be 100% complete!!

The letters are absolutely wonder. I leave letters in my kids stockings every year and try to write something different and it is more and more difficult. My kids are all getting a little older bit still look forward to tie letters. So thankful I was able to find letters to teenagers and so well written. The background is so beautiful.

The letter was for my nieces and nephew, who are living in a safe house with their mother (my sister), due to their father being a butt. They all cried when they read the letter. They all thought since they were living somewhere else, that Santa wouldn't be able to find them. But the letter clearly states he will bring their gifts to their "AJ" and Uncle Todd's new house. I have been ordering Santa packages for 2 years now . My daughter and my husband and I just love them. We get so excited waiting for it to come in the mail. I have had so much fun with these letters for my grandchildren and no one knows where they are coming from. I understand these two 7 yr olds were thrilled.
I was triple charged for the same video due to an error on the app. Elfisanta refused to refund me for the two redundant videos, so please be very careful about ordering this product.

thank you for sharing your opinion. When you buy products via app, your payment goes to the Google Play or App Store. As we do not directly get that payment, we cannot make your refund. Your refund can be made by the mentioned companies and you should contact them in that case.
